I have a new poncho and it is great – Little Tassie Prepper

I have a new poncho and it is great

One of my very generous readers has taken pity on my Poncho-less existence.  They have taken it upon themselves to fill that Poncho sized hole in my life, and ordered one for me from ebay.

It arrived the other day and I have to say I am so grateful for the gift.  The Poncho I received makes my old one look like a bin liner.  Where my old poncho was thin and, in the end, tore easier that crape paper, this one appears strong, solid, and able to resist anything.  It appears to be a special rip resistant material, with well sewed edges.  It features a zipper at the neck to improve defence against rain, as well as draw strings to make the hood tighter.  The corners feature grommet holes to allow the poncho to double as an effective shelter, and also has strong buttons on the sides.

The camouflage is a type of digital style, which may be very effective should I ever need to go hunting in the poncho.  It also comes in a great little pouch, that could be used to carry other items, yet for now will keep the poncho protected and ready to use.

So thank you so much for the great Poncho.  I have already used it (lots of rain here in Tassie this week) and it has proved to be great at keeping me dry.
